RYOBI Link System Installation and Review
OUR LINK SYSTEM: liketk.it/4CFG1
CONNECT WITH US: linktr.ee/olivegreyavenue
It’s no secret that we love our Ryobi tools but we have been using storage systems that Steve made or we bought. The garage is in such disarray that we decided it was time to get a legit system so the Ryobi Link System was the obvious choice for us.
We completely love it! The installation was so easy and everything being convertible is perfect for our ever growing and changing tool collection.

love it
Since you are not really sitting on the Besta units, do you think it would be possible to turn them so that the open part is on the top so that you can access storage from the top? You could place some hinges on the top board. Or would the structure be too weak?
Why didn’t you just show the final step? I won’t take the time to look for it. Gotta move on to the next reel.
Because this is a series not a movie
Show a video of how you polished it!!!! And thank you for this video!!!!!!!
Hey. The reason you couldn’t cut the butcher worktop easily is because of how you had it propped up. You need to support both sides of the cut. The way you only supported the off cut side means that as you cut the kerf is closing up on the blade. You need to be careful doing that as if the blade gets pinched and binds up you can get a kickback which could mean serious injury. I’d recommend watching some videos about safe use of a circular saw before using one again. Great video otherwise and awesome that you’re learning on the go! Just stay safe ❤
Thanks for the comment, the butcher block was supported properly, maybe it looked like it wasn’t because of the slope of the driveway but I do know how to use a circular saw properly. Thanks!
Hi, do you recommend it for big pavers beside the driveway, where a truck will drive over? I put the pavers and gravel between them, but my truck move the pavers , make them unleveled and make them touch to each other.
how about concrete wall? can we use it
You can sand that top layer down...no biggie
Nicely done! Where in Texas are y'all? Im north of Houston in an area called The Woodlands and we are looking at doing this exact same thing asap
Great place for growing ear-wicks. Plants died of thirst.
Looks great! Side note; you got an ass like an onion, brings a tear to my eye!😜
Great idea! Thank you for sharing ♥
It was worth it.
I think what’s more awesome is the way you bring them out and carry them? What is that called?
I'm going to use this to do a similar project this summer can't thank you enough for this video ❤❤❤
Ideas are running through my head for the side of my house
Spray paint them
Who’s buying pods anymore? Use a refillable one!!!
Why? Looks weird
You clearly don’t like my stuff so maybe find a page you do like instead of just criticizing everything
Sell it and buy a new one, it definitely does not go with your theme. It’s not awful, but it’s not for your space.
Happy belated anniversary, and I’m happy you celebrated in my hometown
How is it holding up? This is the best idea so far.
This came out great, nice job. Where did you buy the grill?
We got it a long time ago from Home Depot or Lowe’s!
The weight from the soil will eventually push the top layer of blocks over.
The adhesive keeps them from doing that
@@olivegreyavenue over time….like a more than a year or two, the adhesive will start to give way. I had that happen with a retaining wall that wasn’t reinforced properly. You garden bed looks very nice though! Good luck 😊
@@rebeccabrimmer7145 a retaining wall is completely different. It’s holding a lot of weight. This is not. I’ve spoken to many masons who said this is perfect.
2 years later, how is that paint holding up?
It’s great! No issues 🥰
You will love this system! Especially when you start buying all of the neat hangers and hooks!
We do love it 🥰🥰
Hi , were you get the plastic forms for cement
From Z Counterform
Return it- dont keep something you dont love.
I'm a long-time RYOBI fan. Started using their orbital sander years ago, 1980s, when I worked in a wood door building and glazing mill. This storage system is amazing!
That’s so cool!! I havnt used it that long but definitely love their stuff!
great video. told me what I needed and more... best video i found on such. thanks for sharing!
So glad to help!
This is a great guide. Thank you
Happy to help!
I love the rug....love the different colored flowers!!
Love it!!!
What if you want the finish on the panel as purchased? If you're not mortar smearing then what?
I would still cut the half panels and then caulk or grout those with a matching color
YUPP, totally doing this myself! THANK YOU FOR SHOWING THIS! I am pretty sure a contractor would charge us $2k to do this!
Oooooooh! It’s beautiful!
Polyurethane adhesives are amazing alien technology. MS Polymers are even better, but very dense so you need a strong silicone gun. Just do not use them for structural works. That garden won´t fall in one season as some people are saying.
I know, it’s been 2 years 😉
Did she say for dirt to grow?
What gauge of wire did you use?
Would be way easier to just create a level layer of dirt in the ground before laying the bricks using a long straight stick. You did it the hard way Also you still need to level each layer due to the glue.
The material that makes cinder blocks is DANGEROUS
Put it in your bedroom. It's gorgeous.
The colors are beautiful for the right room.
Looks good! All porches have a sloop so the water/ rain dose not come into the house or to the house connection it avoids rotting of wood or sinking of cement slab. Thank you for an awesome how to alternative
Without heavy anchor stakes, that sucker will eventually start to slide and move. Concrete absorbs water. Fake plants are good. :)
Maybe where you are but our soil is almost solid limestone. Its good
My god 🤣 There is this stuff called mortar
There’s this thing called more than one way to do something
This is what happens when Feminism teaches you that you don't need a man.
how do you even keep the tape straight.
Laser levels
@olivegreyavenue which one please
Great work. You gave me the motivation to complete a tiling project
Yay so glad to hear!
I use cinder blocks around my flower beds and then in the holes I planted flowers. It looked really cool
Nice!
