RYOBI Link System Installation and Review
OUR LINK SYSTEM: liketk.it/4CFG1
CONNECT WITH US: linktr.ee/olivegreyavenue
It’s no secret that we love our Ryobi tools but we have been using storage systems that Steve made or we bought. The garage is in such disarray that we decided it was time to get a legit system so the Ryobi Link System was the obvious choice for us.
We completely love it! The installation was so easy and everything being convertible is perfect for our ever growing and changing tool collection.

Since you are not really sitting on the Besta units, do you think it would be possible to turn them so that the open part is on the top so that you can access storage from the top? You could place some hinges on the top board. Or would the structure be too weak?

Hey. The reason you couldn’t cut the butcher worktop easily is because of how you had it propped up. You need to support both sides of the cut. The way you only supported the off cut side means that as you cut the kerf is closing up on the blade. You need to be careful doing that as if the blade gets pinched and binds up you can get a kickback which could mean serious injury. I’d recommend watching some videos about safe use of a circular saw before using one again. Great video otherwise and awesome that you’re learning on the go! Just stay safe ❤

Thanks for the comment, the butcher block was supported properly, maybe it looked like it wasn’t because of the slope of the driveway but I do know how to use a circular saw properly. Thanks!

Hi, do you recommend it for big pavers beside the driveway, where a truck will drive over? I put the pavers and gravel between them, but my truck move the pavers , make them unleveled and make them touch to each other.

@@olivegreyavenue over time….like a more than a year or two, the adhesive will start to give way. I had that happen with a retaining wall that wasn’t reinforced properly. You garden bed looks very nice though! Good luck 😊

@@rebeccabrimmer7145 a retaining wall is completely different. It’s holding a lot of weight. This is not. I’ve spoken to many masons who said this is perfect.

Polyurethane adhesives are amazing alien technology. MS Polymers are even better, but very dense so you need a strong silicone gun. Just do not use them for structural works. That garden won´t fall in one season as some people are saying.

Would be way easier to just create a level layer of dirt in the ground before laying the bricks using a long straight stick. You did it the hard way Also you still need to level each layer due to the glue.
